Model Citizen was opened in 2005 by award winning tattoo artist James Spiers. We can do anything from the smallest heart to the biggest, one-of-a kind, custom creation!
Tattoos are primarily by appointment. Hours are:
Monday- Tuesday- Thursday 11am-7pm;
Wednesday 11-2;
Friday-Saturday 11-7 (2 weekends a month)
